前言

高职商务英语函电课程在教学内容和教学方法改革已经取得了一些成效但是在围绕外贸业务员岗位融入思政元素、开展模拟实和结合语言水平考试证书方面的研究还是一片空白。本文主要围绕岗课思训证融合下商务英语函电课的教学改革进行探究。

1. 课程与外贸业务员岗位衔接现状

商务英语函电课程依托国际贸易行业,紧扣外贸业务员岗位任职要求,以岗位工作过程为导向,设计课程的学习任务。学习任务涵盖建立业务系、询盘报盘和还盘、达成交易、支付方式、装运保险索赔理赔方面的信函写作但是课程在围绕外贸业务员岗位融入思政元素、开展模拟实和结合语言水平考试证书方面的探究还是一片空白,致使学生外贸业务员岗位需要具备的职业素质缺乏认识、对围绕一笔具体进出口交易撰写往来缺乏实际撰写的能力以及对获取商务英语语言水平考试证书缺乏实力

2. 岗课思训考证融合下商务英语函电课教学改革思路

2.1课程思政内容与外贸业务员职业素质衔接

1确定课程思政元素

结合外贸业务员爱国精神、守法意识、忠诚品质、团队精神、诚信品质、敬业精神、责任意识和开拓精神这些职业素质,商务英语函电课程需要融入的思政元素爱国精神、礼貌原则合作原则 诚信原则工匠精神公正原则

2)编写思政元素融入教学案例

结合以上思政元素编写思政元素融入教学案案例。合作原则

第一、教学目标

使学生能够本着合作共赢的态度语言表达撰写询盘和报盘信函。

第二、育人目标

使学生能够依据合作原则(Cooperative Principle拟写商务英语信函,从而提高与国外客户沟通的效率,树立学生互利共盈理念。

第三、案例设计

内容分析

1合作原则:

合作原则是指在言语交际中,为确保交谈双方相互配合而遵守的语用规则。合作原则的内容包括四条。一是质量准则:要说真话,不说假话和无根据的话。二是数量准则:提供的信息要适量,不多也不少。三是相关准则:要说跟话题有关的话,不说无关的话。四是方式准则:说话要清楚明了,筒洁有条理且没有歧义。

2本次课学习如何运用合作原则使用合作共赢的语言拟写商务英语信函的方法,从而提高与国外客户沟通的效率,树立学生互利共盈理念。

4) 线上线下实施模式

线上:将设计好的课程思政教学系列案例拍成视频并上传供学生在线学习。线下:在课堂上组织学生进行围绕以上课程思政元素进行讨论。

3)线上线下实施模式

线上:将编写好的模拟实训材料以作业的形式上传到课程网站发放给学生。线下:在课堂上直接布置模拟实训写作任务给学生练习。

2.3 课程考试与剑桥商务英语考试证书衔接

1)鼓励学生参加剑桥商务英语考试

商务英语证书考试BEC是一项水平考试,根据商务工作的实际需要,对生在商务和一般生活环境下使用英语的能力从听说读写四个方面进行全面考查,对成绩及格者提供由英国剑桥大学考试委员会颁发的标准统一的成绩证书。考试分初级中级高级。

2)教学融入BEC写作内容

BEC写作要求写两篇文章,第一篇是写电子邮件、便条、备忘录等内容,第二篇是写一篇正式的商务信件、报告等方面内容。因此教学中融入撰电子邮件、便条、备忘录商务信、建议书等的内容。要求学生熟悉有关抱怨、解释、询盘等商务信函的写法,注意信函的格式;适当分段;把握写作字数在120-140之间;充分理解题目要求,明白写作身份和看懂并结合所提供的信息。

4)线上线下实施模式

线上:将剑桥商务英语考试历年考试真题上传到教学平台让学生自主练习。线下:课堂上将剑桥商务英语考试写作题目发放给学生练习并适当指导。

4)课程考核与剑桥商务英语考试证书挂钩

鼓励学生开设课间参加剑桥商务英语BEC考试。对获得初级和中级证书的学生,在课程成绩上适当加分;对获得高级证书的学生,免除课程考试

结语

总之,通过以上探讨途径,围绕外贸业务员岗位探讨融入思政元素、开展模拟实和结合水平考试取得证书的途径并予以实施将使课程建设更全面和多元化。
